Product Overview:
FabJacks 28mm are 3D-printed standoffs designed for metal fabrication fixture tables with 28mm holes. These durable and precisely dimensioned spacers help you create accurate, repeatable offsets and gaps for welding and layout tasks. Offered in sizes from 1/8" to 1". FabJacks improves setup efficiency and protects workpieces from scratches and warping.
This product is for setup and fixturing only. It is ideal to place them far enough away from the joint you are tacking so you do not melt the FabJack. You would remove the Fabjacks before welding as the heat may cause damage to them.

1/8", 1/4", 3/8", 1/2", 5/8", 3/4", 7/8", 1"
Material Options:
PLA (Polylactic Acid): Best for light-duty, PLA can withstand temperatures up to 60-65°C without deforming
ASA (Acrylonitrile Styrene Acrylate): Ideal for medium-duty, can withstand temperatures up to 95-105°C without deforming
Color Options:
Standard: Black, Red
Custom: Available upon request
Key Features:
1.5” diameter top (50% larger than the original FabJacks)
Clearly marked sizes (Embedded color)
Non-marring plastic protects metal surfaces
